Overlooking the mountains of Hakone, the lush gardens of this hotel are like a modern sculpture exhibit. We felt like we were in an artistic wonderland, surrounded by nature's masterpieces.

Truly enjoyed this brand-new hotel and its comfortable ambience from the moment I entered. The room was huge and neat, provided with clear view of mt fuji as well as bath.

Location really close to a restaurant, the outlet and the express bus to Tokyo and shinjuku and other cities and the Train Station. Also, in the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. Neat, new-fashioned room, with nice bed and pillows. Free breakfast and a wide array of goodies.

Reasonably large and brand-new room, climate control, a personal safe and flat-screen television were a nice surprise. The location was ideal in the local area.

The location of this place is excellent, with Chichibunomiya Memorial Park just a short walk away, and there are great dining options like Fenice nearby. The hotel staff is also highly recommended.

Mars Garden Wood Gotemba Hotel is an excellent choice from which to explore Mount Fuji or to simply relax and rejuvenate. During my business trip, the hotel was chosen by our director, and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The natural hot spring and beauty salon provided a truly relaxing space. The hot spring had a large rotenburo, sauna, and jet bath, allowing me to unwind and enjoy the therapeutic benefits. I also had the opportunity to explore the diverse creatures living in the deep water, which added an exciting touch to my stay. And of course, a visit to the spa for massages, body treatments, and facials enhanced my rejuvenation, making it an all-inclusive wellness experience.

Unfortunately for us, we had two consecutive days of non-stop rain, and we never even got to see Fuji.

Best possible and peaceful location to Fuji Bussharito Heiwa Park. Food was good, staff was patient and helpful.

Best possible and peaceful location for our needs, near to Gotemba outlet and a restaurant there and the bus terminal easy access to the Train Station and Gotemba Premium Outlets. Also, in the Fuji area for a couple of nights. Pleasant experience there;))

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the location was perfect. Situated in a beautiful garden setting, we were able to enjoy stunning views of Mount Fuji from our room. The attention to detail was impressive, with a spacious and clean room complete with an onsen bathtub. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast included a variety of delicious options, including fresh fish. this hotel provided great value for money and we highly recommend it.

I just loved pulling my luggage in the rain after check-out. It was quite the adventure!
